Yep it sure will. Many publishing companies have stated that they are not interested in any material previously posted online. The internet is a smorgasbord for plagiarists. Your work could be stolen and published in Urdu and you would never know it until someone sued you for trying to publish it.
Persi's Law #2 - NO copyright is worth a darn without some badass expensive lawyer to back it up in court.
So where are you going to go to sue this person who published it in Urdu? Nowhere. You are going to take the loss. Publishers are not going to the expense of having their legal depts. track down original ownership and back you up in court. They defended Dan Brown - and won - but he made his publisher millions. As a newcomer, you will be let out on your own. Publishing is a gamble - and gamblers don't take risks like that when it comes to their money.
There is only one copyright that works. You legally own the rights to your work the moment you write it. Burn a disk, tuck it in a drawer, and don't show it to anyone or talk about it to anyone until you are ready to query a publisher or agent. That is the only safe copyright there is, and do not let anyone tell you differently.

Some publishing companies can be very sticky about publishing a manuscript that has been 'published' by other means. Having a public blog is in a sense published. You always own the copyright of your blog entries, however, I would be very careful no one steals your idea.
There is the option to self publish (http://www.lulu.com) or you can opt to have a subscription based web site where readers subscribe to your web site to read your work.
Formally publishing depends entirely on the company and their guidelines.
I'm not sure about publishing, but it will make it easier for someone to plagiarize your work. I would never post a novel on a blog, unless it was a private post, seen by friends only.
