Blogging about your life can be boring, unless you have a really interesting/unique life. I blog about my life, but mainly because it helps keep my writing skills good, and my family all live in different countries, so checking a blog is cheaper than phoning to see what's happening.
Technology is a good thing to blog about, especially if you like to review things you have bought that are popular.
blog should be focused on universal readers and not on specific category of people. So also your topic should be Universal. The Blog which you want to start should be prepared in such a way that maximum people should reach to your blog. The topic should be such that it should stand top between millions of other blogs.
I would suggest you to start blogging the recent topics, Mostly on World News. for that you have to be very alert, and should read more and more, collect information.
Although there is no hard and fast rule for which blog to be created more interesting. The simple blog with high rich content/ niche will be visited by billions of people.
So, start blogging, once you entered in you will learn how to make your blog more interesting.
