How much money would you pay for a blog?

This is for a school project. Please answer these two questions:

-Would you (or are you currently) paying money for hosting a blog/being a premium member of a blog service?

-How much would you pay for someone to design your blog's layout?

you can easily create your own custom blog using free software like wordpress or blogger

both you can host on their servers for free, or you can host your own on server like powweb
