How do you start a blog on here?

I want to post my blog on yahoo so people can see it. How do I do that? Is it possible?

yahoo 360 or blogger.com its easy to use.

You can start a blog via yahoo360, but as someone with blogs on 6 different sites, I would reccomend getting a blogspot account instead.
