How do I start a Web Blog?

As a fairly opinionated loudmouth, I'm interested in starting a web blog. How does one go about creating a blog site? Is there any website you can go to that will get you started right away? Can you make money at this? Are there any tips to running a successful blog site?

Blogs are everywhere. You can start with your Yahoo 360 page. Almost anywhere you post an opinion is a (we)blog. You can alway purchase a domain or just start a web page for blogging. Build it and they will come.
