How do I make a blog with a messageboard that has a members area?

I want to write a blog, but I also want to have a messageboard for people to join. Also, if it goes well, I would like to later add a section that requires a paid membership area. If somebody could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

if you have hosting with php & mysql then i would install wordpress (for the blog) and then phpbb (for the forum) XD
