How do I insert a video into a myspace blog?

I have been trying to put videos from youtube on my myspace blog, but whenever i try a white box shows up, no video. What can i do?

You can either insert the embeded code or download from youtube and upload it to myspace.

Install and start the downloader.

You needn't get the url when downloading the vid.

Press "start recording".

Click in the page where the vid is playing.

The downloader will automatically save it to your hard drive.

Then you can watch it with the embeded flv player.
