How do I go about registering my blog as a small business?

I just recently started up a blog called The Giveaway, for the first couple of months I hosted giveaways for free. Now I am charging $25 for each giveaway I host. I know I need to register this as a small business, but I have no clue how to go about registering a blog as a small business. Does anyone know, I tried looking it up but am having a lot of trouble finding anything. Thanks

You would just register a business with your local county office and the blog would be an extension of your business online.

The fee varies from $65-$150 depending where you live.
