How do I add videos from YouTube to my Friendster blog?

I'm making an entry about some video game on my Friendster blog and I want to include videos. Embed wouldn't work and I'm not planning to upgrade my blog account anytime soon. How do I add a YouTube video to my Friendster blog? Thanks.

copy the link to the video that says for myspace,xenga etc. and copy it to ur blog
