How can I embed a blog into a Flash website?

I am building a website entirely in Flash but I need an easy to update blog section embedded into the Flash, I don't want to have another window open with an external blog (blogspot etc) but would be happy enough to embed blogspot (or something) into the Flash pages.

that would be pretty hard. You can use , but I believe that's only for html... If you want the blog in-between the Flash stuff, I don't know what to tell you. If you can have the blog in a separate area (like in the header), use the tag and link it to your blog with the correct dimensions, and then put the flash content in the webpage (or vice versa).
